FIND US

The Orchid Restaurant is easy to find and, with 50 parking spaces, very convenient to use.  The Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the renowned award-winning Corbyn Head Hotel.  Once in Torquay turn right at the Sea Front, follow the signs for Cockington and Livermead.  The Corbyn Head Hotel is a white hotel with green canopies on the right hand side.  If you are having difficulties finding us call us on 01803 296366.

TRAVELLING FROM FURTHER AFIELD

From Bristol, take the M5 which will then become the A38/M5 between Taunton and Exeter.

At Exeter the road will then become the A30/A38/M5 which bypasses Exeter. Keep going then take the A38 for Newton Abbot and Torquay.

When you arrive at the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot follow the A3022 signs for Torquay. Traffic here can be quite busy and queues are likely. It can take approximately 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour from here. Remember in summer times will probably be longer.

Once you get to Torre Station take the signs for Sea Front. Once at the Sea Front turn right and follow the signs for Livermead. You won't be able to miss us, we are on the main Torbay Road on Torquay Sea Front.

SHORT CUT FOR THE BRAVE!

If you are in a real hurry and do not mind small country lanes, at Penn Inn roundabout take a left and follow the signs for Milber (please remember these lanes are very narrow); this will take you to the Barton area at the top of Torquay. From here follow the signs for the Town Centre and Sea Front. .
